Forget-Me-Not Massage and Bodywork

I started in the massage field as a patient. I am someone who has dealt with chronic pain a large portion of my life and have only felt relief from bodywork. I started working as a chiropractic assistant in 2023, at 18 years old. During this time, I fell in love with the massage aspect of my job and wanted to explore that love. I enrolled at East West College of the Healing Arts in July of 2024 and graduated in June of 2025. I spent my time in school focusing on learning as much as I can about neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release techniques, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and the basics of craniosacral therapy and feel deeply drawn to these modalities. I have focused my work on those with chronic pain, pregnant women, LGBTQ+ individuals, athletes, and anyone who just needs some care and attention.
